- 机采系统、集输系统、注水系统、加热系统和供配电系统是油田能耗的绝对大户,直接关系到油田的生产成本和经济效益.冀东油田在上述五大系统的技术改造中,结合油田滚动勘探开发的特点以及调整改造和产能建设的总体布局,充分利用现有设备和设施,实现最优化和最简化,达到了提高效率、降低能耗的目的.文章介绍了2002-2003年冀东油田五大系统改造前的状况和存在问题,以及改造后的主要效果.
The computer collecting system, the gathering system, the water injection system,the heating system and the power distribution system are the most energy-consuming ones,they are related directly to the production cost and the economic efficiency.Considering the characteristic of ex-ploratory survey and the overall distribution of alteration and construction, the efficiency is improved and the energy costs are reduced du-ring the technical transformations of the five systems above,utilizing the facilities in existence.In this paper,the achievements on improvi-ng the efficiency of the five systems in Jidong oilfield from 2002 to 2003 are presented.2005,S1(S1): 21-35 收稿日期:2005-4-7分类号:TE08作者简介:刘树义(1945-),男,河北保定人,1969年毕业于新疆工学院机械系,高级工程师,现任中国石油冀东油田分公司副总工程师,从事油田地面工程建设管理工作.
