摘要:: CD-10型电磁操动机构广泛应用于各系列的6kV、10kV真空断路器及部分系列的35kV真空断路器的操动。随着其使用范围的扩大,对它的改进也逐渐增多,因此,掌握正确的调试方法尤其重要。文章对CD-10型电磁操动机构的几个关键部件,如:限位螺钉、合闸铁芯顶杆、辅助开关、电动分合闸的调试做了详细介绍,并分析了该类型电磁操动机构的10种常见故障的原因。
This paper describes in detail the regulation of some key parts of CD-10electromagnetic manipulation-driven mechanism,such as spacing screw,iron core pressure rod of closing switch,auxiliary switch and electrical branch closing switch.It analyzes the causes of10sorts of faults of that type mechanism.
