- 原油中转码头大多建在开挖和回填的江、海畔区域,常年受到江、海大风的袭扰,其施工质量比内陆要求更高。通过监理实践,总结出原油中转码头工程中储罐的单盘、底板、罐壁成型以及土建基础、管道、防腐、消防、自控系统的监理要点。
