原油流动改性剂在冀东油田的研究与应用

- 针对冀东油田的原油特性,研究开发了适用于冀东油田不同油品性质的原油流动改性剂产品.通过室内和现场实验,考察了原油流动改性剂对冀东油田不同物性原油的降黏、降凝情况.实验结果表明,使用改性剂后,降黏、降凝效果显著,提高了原油的流动性能,可以使系统在较低的温度下运行,药剂能够满足现场生产要求,达到了设计指标,取得了很好的效果,油区同期相比,单井集油温度平均降低20℃左右,部分区块实现了全年停炉,显著节约了生产成本.
According to the characteristics of the crude oil in Jidong oilfield,seberal modifier are developed.Through the lab and in-situ experiments, the effect of viscosity breaking and the freeze-point depressing is examined using in several kind of crude oil with different physical char-acteristics.The results confirm that the effect is remarkable, the fluidity is improved a lot and the system can go at very low temperature, which can satisfy the in-situ conditions very well.The collecting temperature falls twenty centigrade compared with the same block in the sa-me period, and some blocks achieve stove off all year round,saving a lot of cost.2005,S1(S1): 10-13 收稿日期:2005-3-7分类号:TE869作者简介:金明权(1965-),男,陕西山阳人,高级工程师,1989年毕业于江汉石油学院采油工程专业,现任中国石油冀东油田公司副总经理.参考文献:
