- 介绍三层PE管防腐层在线检测装置的结构、功能和特点。与常规三层PE防腐管在线检测不同之处是:采用了一个支架,可以安装两种浮动探头,可分别完成大、中、小口径三层PE防腐管直线输送或旋转输送对防腐层的针孔、漏点等缺陷的在线自动检测,具有报警、记录、打印和标记等功能。实践证明,此装置提高了检测效率,保证了检测的准确性,还具有适用管径范围大、结构简单等特点,实际应用效果良好。
This paper describes the structure,function and feature of an on-line coating inspection device for three layer PE pipe.Compared with ordinary on-line inspection device for three layer PE pipe,the new one has a support with two movable probes on it to realize separately on-line automatic defect inspection such as pinhole and holiday when pipe moves forward straightly or rotationally.It also has the functions of alarm,record,type,mark,and so on.The engineering practice proves that the de-vice increases inspection efficiency,ensures inspection accuracy,has the features of wide suitable diame-ter range and simple structure,and achieves a great deal in practical applications.2004,4(4): 48-49,5 收稿日期：2004-1-9分类号：TE973.6作者简介：陈飙(1971-),男,吉林人,毕业于天津大学,主要从事电自动化研究、维修等工作,多项科研成果获大庆石油管理局科技进步奖,多次获黑龙江省和石油管理专业技术比赛奖.
