- 某厂检修期间需将催化装置再生器上的旧烟囱拆除,安装新烟囱,场地狭小,吊装难度较大,通过制定合理的吊装方案,安全快捷地完成了任务。该吊装方案是:在再生器顶部标高40m的平台上设置一组长24m的A型推扒杆及相应的滑车组,利用卷扬机提升。文章介绍了吊装机具的设置以及旧烟囱拆除、新烟囱安装的方法和步骤。
The old chimney located at regenerator of catalytic equipment was needed to remove and a new one was needed to install during a factory's overhaul.But hoisting operation faced certain diffi-culty because of small work site.Through making suitable hoisting plan,the task was fulfilled safely and successfully.The hoisting plan was to set up an A shaped mast of24m long and a pulley block on the platform at the altitude of40m located on regenerator top;a cable hoister was applied to lifting.This paper introduces the setting up of hoisting device,the method and procedure of old chimney removal and new chimney installation.2004,4(4): 43-44,5 收稿日期：2004-3-30分类号：TE682作者简介：汤胜宁(1968-),女,广东深圳人,工程师,毕业于重庆建筑工程学院.
