- 以大连石化公司350万t/a催化装置外取热器管束更换吊装实践为例,介绍一种新的吊装方法,即在再生器顶部烟气集合管上设置滑车组,利用卷扬机提升,地面进行夺吊就位。该方法简单实用且安全经济,与吊车吊装法、桅杆吊装法相比,工程成本大幅降低,施工周期显著缩短,对周边环境影响小。文章着重介绍了吊装索具的选用、吊耳和夺绳的设置以及再生器烟气集合管的加固措施。
A kind of new hoisting method is introduced in this paper with the practical example of3.5Mt/a catalytic equipment of Dalian Petrochemical Company.A pulley block is set up at the smoke gas gathering pipe located on the top of regenerator and a cable hoister is used to lift;the hoisting op-eration are carried out on ground.This method is easy,practical,safe and cost-saving.The paper stress-es on selection of hoisting rigging,setting up of hoisting ears and ropes,reinforcement measure of smoke gas gathering pipe of regenerator as well.2004,4(4): 40-42,5 收稿日期：2004-3-29分类号：TE682作者简介：薛中文(1970-),男,1994年毕业于西南石油学院机械制造专业,工程师,一直从事石油化工工程安装技术工作,现任中国石油天然气第一建设公司大连项目部技术副经理.参考文献：
