- 粉煤灰混凝土可减少水泥用量,大幅度降低生产成本,实现粉煤灰的综合利用。但是,高强度大掺量粉煤灰混凝土的研制存在难题。文章介绍了利用胜利油田发电厂的粉煤灰研制高掺量粉煤灰混凝土的试验过程:原料的选择、混凝土配合比设计、试验方法及步骤、试验结果。通过一系列的试验,研制出掺量达40%的C30粉煤灰混凝土,并成功地应用于实际生产,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
This paper introduces the experimental process of preparing concrete with large amount of blending powdered coal ash which comes from Shengli Oilfield Power Plant.It includes the selection of raw materials,mix proportion design of concrete,test method and procedure,as well as test result.After a series of tests,a kind of C30concrete containing40%blending powdered coal ash has been prepared.It has been used in practical projects and achieved good economical and social benefits.2004,4(4): 17-19,3 收稿日期：2004-2-16分类号：TU528.2基金项目：胜利石油管理局科研项目;编号:KDM32001034作者简介：王庆水(1963-),男,山东莱芜市人,1983年毕业于哈尔滨建筑工程学院,高级工程师,现任胜利油田胜利工程建设(集团)有限责任公司副总经理兼总工程师.参考文献：
