- 全自动超声波检测技术具有检测速度快、缺陷定位准、检出灵敏度高、即时出结果、简捷方便等优点,在西气东输管道工程中得到了成功应用。文章介绍了全自动超声波检测技术的几种扫查和显示方式,如:分区扫查法、线形扫查法、衍射时差扫查法以及双门带状图显示、TOFD图像显示、图形显示、耦合监测显示,还介绍了坡口未熔合扫查图分析、层间未熔合扫查图分析、伪缺陷信号的判别等现场操作要点。
The fully automatic ultrasonic inspection technique has successfully been applied in West to East Gas Transmission Pipeline Project owing to its advantages of fast inspection,accurate defect lo-cating,high sensitivity,prompt outcome,easy and simple operation.This paper describes several scanning and display modes of fully automatic ultrasonic inspection technique such as partition scanning,linear scanning,diffraction time difference scanning as well as double gate strip shaped diagram display,TOFDpicture display,graph display and couple monitor display.It also introduces the key points of field oper-ations of analyzing non-fusion groove and non-fusion layers scanning diagram as well as distinguishing false defect signals.2004,4(4): 10-13,2,3 收稿日期:2004-5-18分类号:TE973.6作者简介:赵斌(1963-),男,浙江人,1982年毕业于管道学院,工程师,一直从事输油管道工程质量、技术管理工作,现任石油管道工程质量监督站副站长.参考文献:
