- 招投标是长输管道建设项目管理中的一项关键性工作,单千米综合报价招投标方法适用于施工图尚未交付,且工期较紧的长输管道。文章介绍长输管道单千米综合报价招投标的方法、主要优点及需注意的问题。该方法已在一些管道工程招投标中得到应用,均取得了较好的效果。
The method of inviting and submitting tender of synthetic quote per kilometer is suitable for long distance pipeline project for which the constructional drawings have not been delivered yet but the time period for the construction is short. This paper introduces the bidding method of synthetic quote per kilometer, its main advantages and the notable matters.
