油罐防腐涂料的选择和应用中需注意的问题

摘要:: 油罐的防腐质量关系到其安全运行和使用寿命。文章通过对油罐内外壁的腐蚀分析,论述了选择油罐内外壁防腐涂料应考虑的因素,提出了油罐防腐施工中应注意的问题。在具体工程中,要综合考虑各方面的因素,分析油罐所处的外部环境和储存介质,再根据现场施工环境和工艺选择既符合防腐要求,又具有施工适用性的防腐涂料。
The paper describes the considerable factors of selecting anticorrosion coating materials for inner and outer of tank wall based on corrosion analysis. It puts forward the relevant problems of anticorrosion coating construction of tank. For a practical project, the various factors must be considered comprehensively as well as the environment condition and storage medium. Then according to the construction condition and technology the selection of anticorrosion coating materials, which meet the needs of anticorrosion and possess construction applicability, is made.
