- 针对自动焊接技术在储罐焊接施工中出现的对组对质量要求高、横焊焊接一次合格率较低、立缝焊接变形较难控制等问题,通过上海高桥石化公司2座10万m3浮顶罐的自动焊接实践,对油罐罐底、罐壁纵缝和环缝、大角缝等自动焊工艺进行了深入的研究,总结了提高组对质量和焊接一次合格率以及控制焊接变形的经验和做法,取得了一系列较完整的焊接工艺参数。
Based on the automatic welding practices of two 10×104 m3 floating roof tanks at Gaoqiao Petrochemical Company of Shanghai, the automatic welding processes for tank bottom , longitudinal seams and girth seams on tank wall as well as big fillet seams are studied deeply. The experiences and methods of enhancing assembly quality, raising qualified rate of the first weld inspection and controlling welding deformation are summarized. A rather complete set of parameters of welding process is acquired.
