- 介绍了从意大利PWT公司引进的PWT-CWS.02NRT管道全位置自动焊机的组成、工作原理及技术工艺特点,PWT外自动根焊克服了内自动根焊仅适用于固定管径的缺点。结合辽河油田油建二公司对该套设备在西气东输工程中的使用情况,总结了PWT外自动根焊操作要点及施工中的注意事项,对根焊过程中产生的缺陷进行了分析,并提出了处理措施,可供管道焊接技术人员参考借鉴。
This paper introduces the makeup, work principle and technological characteristics of pipeline whole location automatic welding machine PWT-CWS.02NRT made by Italian PWT Company.
