国外长输管道稳管新技术
New Technology of Stabilization of Long Distance Transmission Pipeline in Foreign Countries

- 长输油气管道穿越河流、沼泽和冻土地带,因受浮力、水流和土壤季节性冻胀的影响,易造成管段上抬、水平推移、悬空和振动,甚至能使管道产生巨大的应力,造成管道破裂。因此,保证长输油气管道长期安全运行,管道的稳定是一个非常重要的问题。针对传统稳管方法存在材料用量大、运输量大、抗冻融能力差的问题,文章介绍了国外近年来研究开发的长输油气管道穿越河流、沼泽和冻土地带的稳管新技术,这些技术有别于传统的方法,较新颖、经济,可供从事管道工程的科研、设计人员参考。
Sometimes the upheaval, horizontal shifting, hanging and vibration of the segments of long distance transmission pipeline occur due to the influences of buoyancy, current and seasonal soil frost heave when the pipeline crosses rivers, swamps and frozen earth regions. To make the matter worse, they would enable the pipeline cracking by immense stress. Therefore the stabilization of pipeline is a very important thing to guarantee the long-term safety of pipeline operation. This paper introduces the new stabilization technology of oil and gas pipelines passing through rivers, swamps and frozen earth regions, which comes from foreign research and development in resent years. The technology differs from the traditional one by its novelty and cost saving.
