- 天津段DN300mm管道工程是北京燕山石化60万t/a乙烯扩建配套工程的重点、难点。该段地下管道较多,且分布错综复杂,特别是途经盐场段的土壤内含氯、钾成分较高,对管道腐蚀严重。针对这一情况,在管道焊接施工中,通过实施有效的施工质量预控措施和开展管道焊接施工质量分析活动,不但按时完成了任务,而且保证了施工质量。焊口X射线检测一次合格率为97.3%,超声波检测一次合格率为99.4%,工程投产一次成功。
The D,N300 pipeline project in Tianjin region is an important but hard work for forming a complete set of 60×104 t/a of ethylene expanding project of Beijing Yinshan Petro-chemical Corporation. There are many intricate underground pipelines in the region. The severe corrosions occur especially at the sections of saltern owing to the high contents of chlorine and potassium in soil. Aimed at the harsh circumstance, the efficient measures of construction quality control are enforced and activities of quality analysis on pipeline welding construction are taken. Therefore the work is fulfilled on schedule and construction quality is ensured. The qualified rate for the first X ray inspection of welding seams is 97.3%. For ultra-sonic inspection, the rate is 99.4%.
