反应再生器内旋风分离器的安装创新法

摘要:: 介绍兰州石化公司300万t/a重油催化裂化装置中反应再生器内24组旋风分离器的安装方法,针对旋风分离器规格尺寸大,施工区域小,安装难度大的特点,通过在反应再生器内设计、焊接一个等六边形H型钢支架,搭设一个临时平台,解决了旋风分离器在吊装前的支放问题,便于采用大型吊装设备进行提升安装。实践证明,该方法切实可行,方便快捷。
A new installation method for24cyclones inside reaction regenerator of300×104t/a heavy oil catalytic cracking equipment at Lanzhou Petro-chemical Company is introduced.Aimed at problems of big specification size of cyclone,small construction site and installation difficulty,a new technique is put forward,that is to design and weld a support with regular hexagon H section steel and to put up a makeshift platform.It solves the support problem of cyclone before hoisting and is conve-nient to hoist and install using large hoisting equipment.The practice shows the method is feasible,easy and fast.
