钢制圆筒形储罐的计算机排板程序

摘要:: 运用VB语言,编制了一套圆筒形储罐排板应用程序。该程序包括罐壁板和罐底板两部分,可帮助用户快速进行排板、布片以及焊接记录的整理编制和过程控制,并提供高效的编辑、修改、统计、查询等功能,在数十台储罐排板中取得了良好效果。文章重点介绍了该程序的功能及特点。
A set of applied programs for plate arrangement of steel round tank are complied by us-ing VB language.The programs consist of two parts related to wall plates and bottom plates separately.It helps users to do faster plate arrangement,piece layout,welding record sorting out and process con-trol,also provides high effective functions of editing,revision,statistics and inquisition etc.The good results have been gotten in plate arrangements for dozens of tanks.The function and features of the pro-grams are stressed in this paper.
