- 近年来,按照国际惯例管理和施工的工程项目越来越多,因此,按照国际惯例要求整理项目竣工文件成为十分重要的工作。国内的竣工文件一般指专业技术文件,而国际惯例要求的竣工文件囊括了所有的管理过程文件。文章结合绥中终端工程二期改造项目的实践,介绍了竣工文件编制的具体内容及搞好竣工文件管理的措施。
