小口径三层PE防腐管圆模负相包覆成型装置

摘要:: 介绍一种新型小口径三层PE防腐管成型装置的结构、原理和创新点。与常规包覆成型装置相比,该装置增加了负相吸真空系统,减少了防腐层成型时的拉伸长度,提高了防腐层的拉伸强度以及与钢管的粘结强度;机头的口模间隙可调;机头加热采用内加热。生产实践证明,此装置具有适用管径范围大、结构简单、节能、成型质量好等特点。
The structure,principle and innovation of a new type of forming apparatus for small di-ameter pipeline with3layers of PE anti-corrosion coating are illustrated.The apparatus adds the func-tion of vacuum system with negative phase suction by comparison with regular clad forming apparatus.It decreases the stretch length during coating forming and increases the tension strength of coating and the adhesive strength between coating and steel pipe.The gap of mouth mould of the apparatus head is adaptable and the head has internal heater.It is proved that the apparatus has the features of good suit-ability for wide ranges of pipe diameters,simple structure,energy saving and better forming quality.
