- 在进行罐基础、罐底板、罐壁板的部分或全部更换施工中,如果按照常规施工方法仅在罐内设提升机构来提升罐体,一般难以保证罐基础施工的连续性,从而影响罐基础的施工质量。文章以中国石化股份有限公司荆门分公司一台5000m3油罐改造施工为例,介绍一种罐基础、罐底板及底圈壁板更换的新方法。该方法既保证罐基础、罐底板更新的连续性,又很好地控制了罐体变形,机具简单,操作方便。
In the partial or overall replacements of tank foundation,tank base plates and wall plates,the regular construction technique for lifting tank body is to set up a lifting mechanism inside the tank only.Generally this method can not ensure the continuous construction of tank foundation,so as to influence the construction quality.This paper takes the5000m 3 oil tank at Jingmen Company of CINOPEC as an example to illustrate a new replacement method of tank foundation,tank base plates and wall plates of bottom ring.The method ensures the continuous construction procedure and controls tank deformation with the advantage of easier operation by simple equipment and tools.2004,1(1): 35-37 收稿日期:2003-6-24分类号:TE972作者简介:万晓军(1976-),男,陕西人,1998年毕业于西安石油学院,助理工程师,现从事技术质量管理工作.通讯地址:河南洛阳关林.参考文献:
