- 波形膨胀节作为一种能自由伸缩的弹性补偿元件,在石油石化行业得到广泛应用。膨胀节的性能指标要求较多,而每个波形参数对其性能都有不同程度的影响,如何在众多参数中选择合理的数值?文章依据GB16749-1997标准,分析了波壳壁厚、波高、波纹管层数、波数、波距等波形参数对膨胀节性能的影响,总结出较好的设计方法,并以实例说明膨胀节设计要点及方法的可靠性,在多次应用中收到了良好的效果。
Corrugated expansion joint,as a elastic compensation component with free expansion and contraction functions,is widely used in petro-chemical industry.There are many specifications about ex-pansion joint.Each corrugated parameter has a different extent of effect on joint performance.How to chose the correct value among a lot of parameters?This paper analyzes the effects of parameters such as shell thickness,wave height,bellows layers,wave number and distance between waves on the joint functions in accordance with the standard of GB16749-1997.It summarizes a better design method and illustrates key points of joint design and reliability of the method by practical examples.The good results have been gained in many applications.2004,1(1): 27-30 收稿日期:2003-11-11分类号:TU111.91作者简介:李富科(1967-),男,河南省西峡县人,工程师.1990年毕业于天津大学机械系,先后从事工程施工、设计、工程管理等工作,现从事石化工程监理工作.通讯地址:辽宁省抚顺市北台二路五号楼四单元102号,电话:0413-2881851,E-mail:lifuke2003@yahoo.com.cn参考文献:
