- 在大港—济南—枣庄成品油管道施工中,残存于管道内壁焊道上的焊接飞溅严重影响X射线胶片的质量和缺陷的评定。为此,自制了简易清管器。实践证明,在管口组对焊接前将这种简易清管器放在焊口处,能大大减少飞溅在管道底部的沉积,提高X射线胶片的质量。
In the construction of the Dagang-Jinan-Zaozhuang products pipeline, welding spatter remaining on the internal wall of the pipeline affects severely the recording quality of X- ray film and the defects assessment. Therefore, a simple self-made pig was applied to clean the spatter.
