快开盲板的研制与应用

摘要:: 系统地介绍了三瓣式卡箍型快开盲板的结构、主要技术参数和主要特点。在三瓣式卡箍型快开盲板设计过程中，关键受压件采用有限单元法进行应力分析与优化设计。经过现场使用证明：三瓣式卡箍型快开盲板结构合理、开闭灵活、操作方便、使用安全可靠，具有可观的经济效益与社会效益。
This paper addresses systematically the structure, main technical specifications and major features of a trilobate clamp-in type fast opening blank plate. The finite element method was applied in stress analysis and optimization design for the key pressure parts of the blank plate. The field application of the blank plate proved that its structure was rational; the opening and closing operations were agile and convenient; it is safe and reliable. This new type product has considerable economic and social benefits.
