- 叙述了长北气田低温脱烃装置改造前存在的问题,通过对改造后低温脱烃装置的脱烃效果进行分析,说明长北气田目前使用的管壳换热器和SMSM低温分离器具有很高的换热效率和分离效率,较好地实现了小压差、大温降、低温脱烃工艺。这对于低压低产富含凝析油气田的开发具有重要意义。
The problems existed in a low temperature de-hydrocarbon facility prior to being reformed in Changbei Gas Field are depicted in this paper, also the efficiency of the reformed de-hydrocarbon facility is analyzed. It proves that the shell and tube heat exchanger and SMSM low temperature separator used at present have very high heat exchange efficiency and separation efficiency, realizing better low temperature de-hydrocarbon process for low pressure difference and large temperature fall.
