- 文章在分析了乌兹别克斯坦石油工程EPC项目存在指定分包这一特殊条件的基础上,以中亚天然气管道项目为例,介绍了EPC总承包商从合同管理、设计采购优化管理、互助型作业管理和大团队建设等方面采取的措施,实现了对当地指定分包商的有效管理和项目建设目标。
By analyzing the special conditions of local nominated subcontractors existing in the petroleum EPC project in Uzbekistan, the measures including contract management, optimum management of engineering and procurement, cooperative operation management and big team building are taken by EPC general contractor.
