多层系复合油藏开发地面工艺技术研究

- 多层系复合油藏开发由于各层系采出水水型和成垢离子浓度差异大、配伍性差,若采用混层集输则系统易结垢、维护工程量大;若采用分层集输则工程建设成本高。文章介绍了通过采用分层集输、分层处理、分层回注、除垢防堵等综合工艺技术措施,有效解决了多层系油藏开发地面建设的难点。另外,针对滚动扩边多层系开发小区块,研制了一系列一体化橇装集成装置,提高了地面工艺适应性,有效降低了工程建设投资。
In multilayer composite reservoir development, the produced water types and the scale-forming ion concentrations in produced water from various layers are very different and their compatibilities are bad. If adopting mixed layer gathering and transportation technique, scale is easy to form in the pipeline system; if adopting separate layer gathering and transportation technique, the project cost is high. The comprehensive techniques such as separate layer gathering and transportation, separate layer treatment, separate layer reinjection and scale elimination are applied to overcome the difficulties in surface construction of multilayer reservoir development.
