- 塔中I号气田属于奥陶系油气藏,介质均为高含硫、高含蜡、高压的凝析油气,目前气田西部有试采井30余口,生产中发现传统的单井试采工艺已经不能满足安全生产要求。为此从试采工艺的密闭装油、脱气排放、凝液回收等进行分析,对单井试采生产流程进行密闭优化改造。优化后,单井生产平稳,安全风险大大降低,取得了很好的效果。文章介绍了试采生产流程密闭改造的原因、改造思路、优化方法、效果评价等。
The No.1 Gas Field in Tazhong Oilfield is an Ordovician gas reservoir, which has the condensate oil/gas medium with high pressure and high contents of sulfur and paraffin. There are more than 30 test production wells in its west gas field at present, and it is found that traditional test production process is no longer to meet the safe production requirement. Therefore the analyses on closed oil loading, degasifying emission and condensate oil recovery are performed, and the closed optimized reformation of single well test production flow is carried out. After the optimization, the single well production is steady and safety risk is greatly reduced.
