锌包钢接地极在输油气站场的应用

- 交流电气装置的良好接地可使设备接地点在流过雷电流或系统短路电流时仍能保持较低电位,防止设备遭反击;但接地极也会导致被保护设施的阴极保护电流流出,造成站场设备因欠保护而腐蚀。文章分析比较了低电阻非金属模块、热镀锌接地角钢、锌包钢(CET)三种接地极的优缺点;介绍了采用锌包钢对阿拉山口输油站场接地网进行的改造,运行一段时间后检测发现:锌包钢接地体未出现腐蚀,对站场阴极保护系统影响很小。
Three kinds of ground electrodes are analyzed and compared, which are non-metallic module, hot dip galvanized angle steel and zinc clad steel. The results show that the first two ground electrodes have their own advantages, but they have a great influence on the cathodic protection system at a station, causing the station equipment to be under inadequate protection. The zinc clad steel is used at Alashankou oil station, and corrosion does not appear after running for some time.
