天然气管道不停输带压封堵技术应用实践

- 针对天然气管道不停输带压封堵技术存在的各种施工风险，如焊接熔透、卡刀等，通过优化施工方案，精心组织前期施工准备，合理控制关键施工工艺，保证了淄青天然气管道弥河段改造项目不停输带压封堵施工的成功实施。实践表明：在长输天然气管道检维修、改造等场合，不停输带压封堵技术能够有效降低对正常管输造成的影响，是一种安全、经济、有效的施工手段。
In view of various construction risks of non-stop plugging technique, such as welding penetration and cutter-sticking in the reconstruction project of Mihe River section of Zi-Qing natural gas pipeline, the measures including optimizing construction scheme, elaborately organizing preparation of prophase construction and reasonably controlling key construction process are taken in the construction with non-stop plugging technique and successfully implemented.
