- 自升式钻井平台插桩入泥过深时,导致拔桩阻力增大,拔桩困难。文章介绍了一款针对该实际情况而研制的辅助拔桩挖泥器,用于拔桩之前挖出桩靴上部土体,通过减轻上部土重,达到了顺利拔桩的目的。文章分别从挖泥器方案设计、工作原理、现场试验等对其进行了论述。现场试验表明,该装置能够明显减小拔桩阻力,达到提高拔桩效率和进一步保证平台结构安全的目的。
In the case of deep pile-insertion, pile-pulling operation is difficult due to large soil resistance. A new kind of dredger for aiding pile-pulling operation has researched and developed to dig up the soil over the pile shoe so as to decrease the soil loads on the pile shoe. The design scheme and working principle of the new dredger are discussed.
