- 冀东油田根据本油田储罐、油品的特点，开发出了适合于本油田的储罐机械清洗系统，该系统由供水、喷洗、排污、过滤循环四个子系统组成，它们构成一个闭环，实现了对储罐的清洗、油水分离、泥沙回收、污水过滤以及滤后水的循环再利用等功能。该套机械清洗系统已成功应用于一座300 m3污水罐和一座2 000 m3隔油罐的清洗，实践表明，该系统完全适用于油田5 000 m3以下储罐的机械清洗作业。
According to the features of local oil storage tanks and oil performance, Jidong Oilfield has developed a mechanical cleaning system, which consists of 4 subsystems including water supply, jetting, drainage and filtrating circulation. these subsystems construct a closed loop to implement the functions of tank cleaning, oil/gas separation, sludge reclaim, sewage filtration and filtrated water recycle.
