国际石油投资合同模式及影响因素研究

- 文章分析了传统租让制合同、矿税制合同、产量分成合同、风险服务合同、纯服务合同、回购合同、非传统类型合同和混合合同等8种国际石油投资主流合同的类型和特点，并从外国石油公司和资源国的视角，进一步探讨了投资国环境、会计税收制度、公司战略、投资地区竞争情况、国际政治和资源国经济环境等影响国际石油投资合同选择的因素，期望能为我国石油公司从事海外石油勘探与开发时合理选择合同模式提供参考。
Based on the analysis on eight mainstream modes of international petroleum investment(i.e. traditional concession contract, royalty/tax systems contract, production sharing contract, risk service contract, pure service contract, buyback contract, unconventional contract and mixed contract) and their features, and from the visual angles of foreign petroleum companies and resource countries, this paper discusses further the factors affecting the international petroleum investment mode selection, such as environment, accounting and revenue system, company strategy, regional competition in investment country, international politics and economical environment of resource country.
