- 定期考核与评价承包商QHSE管理绩效对于提高承包商和工程建设项目QHSE管理水平具有重要作用。文章在引入了Q和HSE管理绩效概念并分析了其关键影响因素的基础上，设置了影响承包商QHSE管理绩效的工作内容考核参数，并给出了承包商QHSE管理绩效考核与评价的方法。介绍了该方法在广东省天然气管网建设项目中的成功应用情况，说明了该方法的科学性与合理性。
To regularly check and assess contractor performance in QHSE management plays an important role in improving QHSE managements of contractors and engineering construction projects.Based on introducing the concept of Q and HSE management performance and analyzing its key influence factors,this paper establishes the work check parameters affecting contractor performance in QHSE management,gives the methods of check and assessment,describes the successful application of the methods in Guangdong Natural Gas Network Construction Project,and explains its scientificity and rationality.2013,5(5): 74-78 收稿日期：2012-11-22DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2013.05.022作者简介：苏明德(1971-)，男，广西桂林人，工程师，1996年毕业于中国石油大学(华东)应用地球物理专业现从事天然气管道工程建设管理工作。参考文献：
