顶管隧道内应用的一种新型管道支座

摘要:: 小断面的顶管隧道内大管径、长距离的管道安装构成了隧道内管道安装的一大难题，为有效解决此类问题，文章提出了一种应用新型管道支座实施顶管隧道内管道安装的新方式，通过在西气东输二线干线东段5条顶管隧道管道安装中的成功应用实践，表明了新型管道支座的适用性，同时也为今后此类管道工程的设计和施工积累了经验。
Pipeline installation in pipe jacking tunnel encounters difficulties due to the small cross section of tunnel,the large diameter of pipeline and the long distance of pipeline.For solving such problems,a new pipeline installation method of applying the new type of pipeline supports in pipe jacking tunnel is presented in this paper.The practice of applying this new pipeline installation method in five pipe jacking tunnels of the Second West to East Gas Pipeline proves the applicability of the new type of pipeline supports.Also,it accumulates experience helpful for the design and construction of other similar pipeline projects.
