工艺管网区域阴极保护系统干扰问题的检测及处理

- 为了保护输油气站库内埋地管道的安全,近年来区域阴极保护技术发展迅速。区域阴极保护系统和站外干线阴极保护系统常通过绝缘法兰隔离,由于两套系统相对距离较近,常存在干扰问题。鄯善商业储备库工艺管网区域阴极保护系统开启后引起双兰线阴极保护系统输出电压和电流增大,同时上下游管道电位较正常值负移0.6~0.7 V。通过开展现场测试和试验确定了双兰线阴极保护系统受干扰的根本原因,并提出了有效的解决方案,将双兰线恒电位仪的输出参数成功地恢复至受干扰前的水平。
In recent years,in order to protect safety of the buried pipelines at gas/oil pipeline stations,the regional cathodic protection technology has developed rapidly.Usually,the regional cathodic protection system and the outside trunk cathodic protection system are insulated by the insulation flange,but there are often the interference problems between the two systems due to relatively close distance.When the regional cathodic protection system of the process pipeline network at Shanshan commercial storage depot is turned on,the outputs of voltage and current of the cathodic protection system of West Oil-Products Pipeline are increased,and the potentials at upstream and downstream pipelines have the negative shifts of 0.6~0.7 V.The basic reason causing the interference is determined through site detections and tests,and the effective measures are put forward.Thus the output parameters of the potentiostat return to pre-disturbance levels.2013,5(5): 46-50 收稿日期:2013-1-21DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2013.05.014作者简介:熊全根(1965-),男,江西南昌人,高级工程师,1986年毕业于华中工学院电力系统专业,-直从事电力设计和输油气管道腐蚀与防护专业检测及技术研究工作。参考文献:
