- 粘弹体补口材料在唐山液化天然气外输管道工程现场应用中出现了粘弹体胶带滴垂试验执行标准不明确、胶层覆盖率无检查方法以及剥离覆盖率不达标等问题,文章分析了问题产生的原因并提出了相应的解决方案,使得上述问题得以成功解决,同时也为今后粘弹体防腐材料在埋地管道补口中的应用提供了借鉴经验。
Problems appear in using viscoelastic material for field joint coating of Tangshan LNG pipeline,such as ambiguous implementation standard for viscoelastic adhesive tape dripping test,no inspection method for coverage rate of adhesive layer and substandard coverage rate of peeling off.The reasons of these problems are analyzed and corresponding solutions are presented.In practical application,the problems are successfully resolved,which provides useful experience for other field joint coating of buried pipelines by using viscoelastic anticorrosion materials.2013,5(5): 43-46 收稿日期:2013-6-13DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2013.05.013作者简介:赵常英(1968-),女,河北迁西人,高级工程师,1989年毕业于西南石油学院矿机专业,现从事油气管道及储罐防腐保温设计工作。
