- 中国石油工程建设公司苏丹分公司在苏丹石油地面工程EPC项目建设中,充分发挥设计的龙头作用,以“模块化、橇装化、工厂化”为核心,积极研究、创新和实践石油地面工程建设“标准模块化设计、工厂化预制、橇装化安装”的集成技术,实现了工程质量提高、项目工期缩短、项目综合成本明显降低、安全环保效果显著的目标。
