- 压缩机组的安装质量直接关系到装置能否安全、稳定、长周期、满负荷和优质运行,而找平找正是决定其安装质量的重要因素。文章指出了往复式压缩机传统安装方法的不足,提出了新方法,即利用激光同心度测量仪对曲轴箱水平度、气缸与滑道同心度进行快速准确测量和调整,分析压缩机运行时不同的受力和运动状态,通过测量活塞杆跳动量,计算热态和冷态下的活塞与十字头轴心线的偏差,从而精确调整活塞和十字头的同轴度,并介绍了新方法的实际应用情况和注意事项。
Installation quality of a compressor unit is directly related to its safe,long-term,full-loading and perfect operation,and leveling and aligning adjustments are the important factors affecting its installation quality.Owing to disadvantages of traditional reciprocating compressor installation method,a new method is presented in this paper,that is to utilize a laser concentricity tester to perform rapid and accurate detection and adjustment for crankcase horizontality and concentricity between cylinder and slide,then to analyze the load and motion states during the compressor operation; calculate the axis deviation between the cylinder and the crosshead in hot and cold states based on measuring jigging value of cylinder rod for accurately adjusting the concentricity between the cylinder and the crosshead.The practical application of the new method is described and the matters for attention are pointed out.2013,5(5): 25-29 收稿日期:2013-6-13DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2013.05.008作者简介:张伟(1980-),男,上海人,工程师,2002年毕业于南京工业大学机电工程专业,现从事炼油动设备安装、检维修施工管理工作。参考文献:
