- 大型压缩机组的安装、调试和投产是压气站建设的核心。文章以某压气站两台29 MW R-R燃气轮机驱动离心压缩机为例,分析了机组各系统的70项安装工序、工作时间和工序间逻辑关系。采用Project 2003软件分析了机组安装的关键路径,并提出了工期优化的具体措施,将原151 d计划工期优化为124 d,通过具体实施过程中的科学组织和持续优化,最终实现缩短工期27 d的目标,又好又快地完成了压气站建成投产任务。
Installation,commissioning and production of large compressor units are the core of the gas compression station construction.Taking two 29 MW R-R gas turbine-driven centrifugal compressor units for example,70 installation procedures,work time and logical relations among the procedures were researched.The critical installation path was analyzed by Project 2003 software,and the specific measures were proposed for installation period optimization.The planned installation period of 151 d was optimized to 124 d.The construction and production tasks of the gas compression station were achieved soundly and rapidly.2013,5(5): 22-25 收稿日期:2013-1-13DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2013.05.007作者简介:赵赏鑫(1979-),男,河南平顶山人,高级工程师,2006年毕业于中国石油大学(北京)机械设计与理论专业.博士.现从事输气管道压气站建设管理工作。参考文献:
