文章深入分析了当前我国海洋石油行业在海洋石油工程建设专业标准制修订工作方面的现状及所存在的问题，探讨了海洋石油工程建设企业标准制修订工作的必要性，并根据我国陆上石油工程建设企业标准制修订的先进经验和做法，结合海洋石油工程建设企业标准制修订工作的特点和具体情况提出了有针对性的建议和措施。
