- 油井正式投产前的井场试油投产作业会排出一定量的油气混合物,为解决油气混合物露天排放易造成环境污染并存在一定安全隐患的问题,研制出一种适合于井场试油投产作业用的橇装油气密闭分离装置。现场试验证明,采用该设备后,实现了油气混合物从井口至储油箱(罐)的全密闭分离,同时使井场污油回收率达到了100%,彻底消除了井场试油投产作业造成的环境污染和安全隐患。另外,该装置具有易搬迁、可重复使用等特点,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。
Well testing operation for commissioning before oil well is officially put into production will discharge an amount of gas-oil mixture,which could cause environmental pollution and some potential safety hazard.Thus,the new skid-mounted airtight separation device has been developed to solve the problem.The field experiment proved that after using the new device,the gas-oil mixture was sealed and completely separated between wellhead and oil collector/tank;and the recovery rate of waste oil in the well site reached 100% which could completely eliminate environmental pollution and potential safety hazard.In addition,the device was easily movable,reusable and with good economic and social benefits.2013,4(4): 65-68 收稿日期:2012-8-3DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2013.04.020作者简介:郭靖(1982-),女,陕西西安人,工程师,200年毕业于西安石油大学油气田开发专业,硕士,现从事油气集输储运专业设计工作。参考文献:
