电流互感器安装错位导致零序差动误动作的解决措施

- 在阿布扎比原油管道项目末站变电所一次送电过程中,由于零序差动误动作造成跳闸事故,经调查发现是变压器侧中性点电流互感器(CT)安装位置错误导致的。经过多方案比较,决定措施在零线上增加一个电流互感器,形成由五个CT构成的零序差动回路,消除了正常运行时零线上产生的电流。该措施实施效果良好。
Once in a course of power transmission at the terminal substation of Abu Dhabi Crude Oil Pipeline Project,misoperation of zero sequence differential protection happened.The investigation revealed that the wrong installation location of the current transformer(CT) at neutral point on the power transformer side was the reason.Through multi-schemes comparison,it was decided to add a CT in neutral line to form the zero sequence differential loop with five CTs,which eliminated the current in neutral line under normal operation condition.Implementation effect of the solution was good.2013,4(4): 57-59 收稿日期:2012-8-15DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2013.04.018作者简介:马国欣(1977-),男,河南南阳人,工程师,2001年毕业于郑州防空兵学院机电一体化专业,现从事石化行业电气仪表专业技术服务及管理工作。
