多预埋地脚螺栓设备安装方法探讨

摘要:: 对于原油稳定塔、小型的烟囱和火炬塔等类似设备，混凝土基础的体积较小，但预埋地脚螺栓的数量较多，从基础施工完成后设备的吊装就位来说，预埋地脚螺栓的相对位置精度是保证设备一次吊装就位成功的关键。文章针对该类设备的安装方法进行探讨，通过制作地脚螺栓定位盘并组焊成地脚螺栓构件的方法来控制位置精度，从而保证了设备的一次吊装就位成功。
For the equipment such as crude oil stabilizer,small-scale chimney and flare stack,the volume of concrete foundation is not large,but the number of pre-embedded foundation bolts is big.The relative position precision of the pre-embedded foundation bolts is the key to successfully hoist and position the equipment in one time.In this paper,the installation method for such kinds of equipment is discussed and an effective approach to control installation precision is illustrated in detail,which is to make a foundation bolt positioning pan and weld it into a foundation bolt structure.The practical usage of the foundation bolt structure in the equipment installation is successful.
