- 随着西气东输二线管道工程的建设,水平定向钻穿越施工的管道管径也随之增大。在大口径水平定向钻穿越施工中,软硬地层交错处产生的扩孔台阶是影响定向钻施工成功率的关键因素。文章通过理论分析,采用了一种使扩孔器承受的垂直向下合力减小的施工方案,从而有效地避免了在软硬地层交错处产生扩孔台阶。工程实践证明该方法可行。
With the construction of the Second West to East Gas Transmission Pipeline, the diameter of pipeline constructed by HDD technique becomes bigger. In HDD construction of large diameter pipeline, step shaped in interleaved strata of soft clay and hard rock during reaming process is a fatal factor that affects construction success rate. This paper gives a method to reduce or avoid the step shaped in reaming process through theoretical analysis, which enables the downward resultant force on the reamer to decrease.
