全容式LNG储罐在外爆炸荷载作用下的计算分析

- 通过对爆炸波、反射压力和传播过程等爆炸荷载基本特性的描述,总结了全容式LNG储罐在爆炸荷载作用下的动力分析要点。以某16万m3LNG储罐为例,应用ABAQUS软件建立了三维有限元实体模型,对LNG储罐在两种等效爆炸荷载作用下的动力效应进行了数值模拟。计算结果表明,爆炸荷载对混凝土罐壁和罐顶会产生很大的对截面配筋不利的环向拉力。
By illustrating the behavior of blast wave,its reflected pressure and propagation,the key points for dynamic analysis on full-containment LNG storage tank under external blast load are summarized.Taking a full-containment LNG storage tank of 160 000 m 3 as an example,an ABAQUS-3D FEM model is built.Numerical simulation is carried out for getting dynamic effects of LNG tank under two kinds of equivalent blast loads.The results indicate that the blast load causes high hoop tension which is adverse to the sectional reinforcements in the concrete wall and roof.2013,4(4): 7-11 收稿日期:2012-8-29DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2013.04.002作者简介:宋延杰(1982-),男,河南郑县人,工程师,2007年毕业于北京工业大学结构工程专业,硕士,现主要从事石油化工行业的设计工作。参考文献:
