大型储罐软基础CFG群桩沉降观测及分析

- 储罐的基础沉降常导致储罐顶盖变形并影响浮盘的正常使用,一般要对软地基进行处理。CFG群桩复合地基可应用于大型储罐的地基处理。以伊拉克某油田中心处理站的2座5万m3的储罐为研究对象,观测了满水静载条件下的沉降值,并对其进行了理论计算,结果表明采用CFG群桩可以明显减少软土地基的整体沉降。
Foundations of large rotary machinery are mostly built with secondary grouting method using special grouting materials.In the foundation construction,there often are lots of defects such as hollowing and cracking in the rotary machinery foundations.The reasons for hollowing and cracking produced in secondary grouting are discussed in this paper.Measures are put forward to strengthen the construction management and prevent hollowing produced in secondary grouting.2013,3(3): 79-81 收稿日期:2012-8-11DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2013.03.024作者简介:彭建国(1972-),男,广西桂林人,工程师,1996年毕业于西安石油学院,现主要从事海外石油工程建设工作。参考文献:
