- 大型动设备基础的制作大都采用专用灌浆料二次灌浆的方法,但经过二次灌浆的动设备基础往往存在大量的空鼓等缺陷。文章分析了二次灌浆产生空鼓和裂纹的原因,据此提出加强施工管理、预防二次灌浆产生空鼓等缺陷的措施。
Foundations of large rotary machinery are mostly built with secondary grouting method using special grouting materials.In the foundation construction,there often are lots of defects such as hollowing and cracking in the rotary machinery foundations.The reasons for hollowing and cracking produced in secondary grouting are discussed in this paper.Measures are put forward to strengthen the construction management and prevent hollowing produced in secondary grouting.2013,3(3): 77-79 收稿日期:2012-12-21DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2013.03.023作者简介:史贵生1965-),男,甘肃镇原人,高级工程师,1998年毕业于内蒙古干部管理学院,从事炼油化工装置及油气田地面建设工程的施工技术与质量管理工作。参考文献:
