- 川东北至川西输气管道工程平昌—元坝段第V标段,管段实长12.2 km,最大高差456 m,该段管道的试压是工程的难点之一。文章分析了该段管道试压需考虑的因素,划分了试压分段断点并进行了优化,介绍了分段试压的施工方案及措施。
The fifth bidding section of Pingchang-Yuanba pipeline in Sichuan Northeast to West Gas Pipeline Project has the length of 12.2 km and the maximum elevation difference of 456 m.Its pressure test is one of difficulties in the project construction.This paper analyzes the factors which should be considered in the pipeline section pressure test,discusses the optimal section partition for pressure test,and presents the construction scheme and measures of the subsection pressure test.Finally,the pipeline pressure test task is completed smoothly.2013,3(3): 73-75 收稿日期:2012-10-21DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2013.03.021作者简介:王辉(1979-),男,江苏扬州人,工程师,2002年毕业于江苏大学机械制造及自动化专业,长期从事石油工程建设技术管理工作。
