管道筑堤法施工技术在阿联酋项目中的应用

- 阿联酋阿布扎比原油管道项目大部分管道需在波斯湾高水位盐碱土地区敷设，在项目施工过程中采用了管道筑堤法进行施工，即在盐碱地面修筑管堤，然后在管堤上完成管道焊接，再进行下沟回填。文章以该项目为例，详细介绍了管道筑堤法的主要施工工序和工艺。管道筑堤法施工技术有效解决了盐碱土地区地基承载力差，施工设备难以进入的问题，有效避免了盐碱土对管道的腐蚀和高地下水位对管道的浮力作用，保证了施工质量和运营安全，同时延长了管道使用寿命。
The majority of the pipelines in Abu Dhabi crude oil project are laid in saline soil areas with high water table in the Persian Gulf region.The pipeline embankment construction method is applied to support pipelines in this project which means building embankment on the saline soil firstly and then carrying out pipeline welding on the embankment,followed by trenching and backfilling.This article takes the project for example to explain construction process and technique of the embankment method in detail.This construction method not only resolves the problems of low foundation bearing capacity and difficult entering for heavy construction equipment,but also effectively avoids the corrosion of saline-alkali soil to pipeline and the buoyancy to pipeline which is caused by high water table.Hence the pipeline construction quality and operational safety can be ensured.At the same time,the service life of pipeline is extended.2013,3(3): 71-73 收稿日期：2013-2-27DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2013.03.020作者简介：孙永(1979-)，男，江苏徐州人，工程师，2003年毕业于华北水利水电学院土木工程专业，现从事项目技术管理工作。
