- 天津LNG项目一期罐区地质条件特殊。原地基处理方案"插塑料排水板+密封墙+井点降水+二次回填自重压载"在实际应用中遇到了问题，因此提出新的"长螺旋机械引孔+振动沉管灌注砂桩+密封墙+井点降水+二次回填自重压载"地基处理方案。文章对新方案的施工工艺、技术要求和质量检测要求做了详细的介绍，并分析了其适用性。
Jiangsu Oilfield Construction Co.has successfully developed a new pipeline crossing process with directional drilling from one side and innovated through many projects.In this paper,the implementation of this new construction process in Shanxi coalbed gas pipeline project is introduced,including integral prefabrication and crossing construction in one time.The key points of its implementation and control as well as implementation effects are discussed.This new construction process is able to further protect ecologic environment,shorten construction period and raise construction efficiency.2013,3(3): 65-69 收稿日期：2013-2-25DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1001-2206.2013.03.018作者简介：郑清鑫(1990-)，男，山东临沂人，工程师，2012年毕业于中国海洋大学港口航道与海岸工程专业，现主要从事天然气工程项目管理工作。参考文献：
